These are the nominees for the Nordic Prize 2011. As per the manual, each country nominates five restaurants in the first round. This field is now narrowed to one finalist from each country. Among the finalists the winner of The Nordic Prize 2011 - Best Restaurant in the North is chosen.Denmark
