The Danish “Restaurant of the Year 2011”, Henne Kirkeby Kro with chef Allan Poulsen wins The Nordic Prize 2011.

This years prize was presented at restaurant Grefsenkollen in Oslo at 5 February by the first nordic Bocuse d’Or-winner, Bent Stiansen.

Previous Bocuse d’Or-winner Mathias Dahlgren wins ”The Nordic Prize” at a Gallaevent february 7th taking place at Falsled Kro

Falsled Kro was fully booked for the prizeevent and galladinner for the award The Nordic Prize Best restaurant in the nordic countries 2011: ”Matsalen,” since 2007 located inside Stockholms Grand Hôtel.
